All Web Hosting plans include a 30 day money back guarantee. If you are dissatisfied with your service for any reason, you will receive a full refund if you cancel your account within 30 days of the activation of your account.
Our refund policy does not include Domain Registration, Domain Transfers, Domain Privacy, or any addon services such as dedicated IP, SSH, SSL and setup fees. No refunds are available after 30 days. In order to cancel service, you must contact Breaking Internet Censorship Ltd. Customer Service via email at sales@anonymoushosting.in.
Because we are not able to delete and or untransfer the domain name once it's registered or transferred, there is a fee of 9.95EUR for all domain names that we register or transfer (This applies to the free domain name promotion as well). Therefore, if you cancel within 30 days of your purchase, you will be charged 9.95EUR for the domain name.
Accounts canceled/terminated by Breaking Internet Censorship Ltd. for violating our Terms of Service do not qualify for the 30-day money back guarantee. For example, if your account is cancelled due to spamming, you will not be given any refund.
